Our fee structure mirrors the experience and specialised knowledge of our team, enabling you to select the physiotherapist best suited to your situation. Each member of our team offers exceptional, consistent care, guided by our collective expertise and clinical philosophy.
Which physiotherapist should I book with?
Physiotherapist – Excellent for the majority of musculoskeletal concerns, injuries, and general rehabilitation needs.
Senior Physiotherapist – Ideal for more persistent or specific conditions that may benefit from advanced experience.
Supervising Clinician – Best for complex, long-term, or multi-factorial issues, or if you’re seeking a second opinion.

Cancellation Policy
We kindly request at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment or group session. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may incur a fee equal to the full session cost and are not eligible for health fund rebates.

My daughters and I have had great treatment and management of sporting injuries through Thrive. The assessment, physical treatment and exercise programs provided have worked well to reduce symptoms and pain. Thrive Physio Plus helped me on my ACL non surgical journey. Although most of my appointments have been via Telehealth I felt supported and was provided with progressive home exercises. If you’re looking for caring physios who put you through your paces and hold you accountable Thrive Physio Plus is your place!

My experience at Thrive Physio has been outstanding. I received a GP plan to resolve ongoing lower backpain. The Thrive Physio team have made it a pleasant experience as they reached out to me to book my first session. The front desk team continued to be warm and welcoming upon each session and made the process of payment and Medicare rebate simple.
I am extremely thankful for my Physio Victoria, as she has resolved my lower back pain. I had also developed a foot injury from running. Victoria has provided me incredible advice, prescribed stretches and exercises and progressive load training plans.

I’ve been seeing Vic for a couple of months now and she is fabulous! Her additional experience as a Pilates instructor adds another dimension to her knowledge and skills and we have been working hard to improve my issues. The practice itself is excellent - lovely staff and so well set up with equipment. Can’t recommend them highly enough. 😊

Excellent experience recovering from a stress fracture at Thrive Physio. The team provided great exercises and a structured plan to safely return me to running. They explain everything clearly and referred me to other health professionals when needed, showing they really care about complete recovery.

I attended Thrive PP consistently since the end of 2023 and they’ve helped me through hip issues, shin splints and ankle rehab. I also really enjoyed the group exercise classes and the sense of community. Special thanks to Heyson, Luke and Alysha, I genuinely felt seen, heard and cared about during my time there. I’ve had a great experience at this physio practice. The staff are friendly, professional, and created a space where I felt comfortable discussing sensitive issues.
