This policy applies to all staff, contractors, and health practitioners engaged by Thrive Physio Plus, and covers all personal information collected through our clinic, website, booking platforms, or other forms of communication.

- Medicare number, health fund details, billing/payment information

- We will respond within a reasonable timeframe, typically within 30 days=
- Requests may be subject to verification and, in some cases, a reasonable administrative fee
- If we deny access or correction, we will provide a written explanation
