One on One Personalised Exercise Sessions

What do the sessions they entail?

All exercise sessions are 40 minutes in duration and run by Physiotherapists and has access to:

  • Olympic bar and bench
  • Kettle bells
  • Dumb bells
  • Functional trainer (cable machine) with pull up bars
  • Pilate reformers, trapeze tables and multi chair




With this variety of equipment you’ll be able to keep progressing as your body adapts and improves – no pre-set programs! 

The sessions can be completely directed by you if you had certain exercises you ‘re keen to do, or let us do the work and direct a session tailored to individual needs and goals.

You’ll get 1:1 attention over the 40 minutes  to ensure you’re performing the exercises as you should to keep you safe and get maximum benefit.

There’s no need to worry about setting up equipment or if you’re doing the exercise correctly, we instruct you and make sure you have the correct form. We’ll also be sure to tailor the difficulty of your session to your physical capability and goals to ensure you’re getting the most out of your session.




Are the sessions suitable for me?

Yes! We have people of all ages who attend everyone in between with an approximate 50:50 split of males and females. Appropriate for all conditions, ages, genders, goals, injuries, fitness levels and pre and post-natal, now’s the time to take control. Your body will thank you for it.

When do the sessions run?

We are open till 8pm on weekdays and have Saturday times available (see here), so there’s sure to be a time that suits you.




Whats the cost?

It’s required that you have an initial 60 minute assessment with us prior to attending the one on one 40 minute sessions.

(Don’t worry, we won’t sit you down and ask you questions for an hour, we just learn a little about your injury history and what you’d like to get out of the sessions – Then we’ll be straight out into the gym training!)

Until April 14, we’re offering your initial 60 minute session for JUST $60! These ARE health fund rebate-able.

Ongoing – 40 minute sessions are $59. These ARE health fund rebate-able.
